This was the only photo taken at my husband's 70th birthday with all him and all of our grandchildren and it is awful! I used autosharpener: levels 43 1.00 246
I really would like to improve this more as getting all six rogether is a rare event.

Homework - week 1
The original delphinium photo was altered using the watercolour filter some time ago.
Duplicate image - Guided edit - Pencil Sketch .
I didn't use the Levels or Opacity layer with this one.
The second photo of a dead tree was taken by my husband with his phone camera. From a moving coach at Grimthorpe, Lincolnshire, the ancestral home of the Dukes of Lancaster.
For this one I played a little more.
Duplicate Image - Brightness & Contrast increased - Guided Edit - Pencil Sketch - Levels x 2. Again, I didn't use the Opacity Layer.

This last one was typical of many that I tried, with poor definition, I'm really not sure what to do to the photos to get a better result with the pencil sketch.
